At Hope and Herbs, we want you to be happy with your purchase! So, if you don't love something, our returns are easy, and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
1. Our Commitment to You
At Our Products Are UniqueTM we take great pride in the high-quality items we produce and the positive difference they can make to life. If for any reason your order does not satisfy, we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on most items purchased through us.
Return or refund must be initiated within 45 days from the date of receiving your order, along with a grace period of 15 additional days to reach us directly.
Please note that because of product laws and sanitation regulations, all sales of CBD flower products of one ounce (1 oz) or more are final and non-refundable.
2. Requesting a Return or Refund
To return something, just contact our customer support or fill out the Return Request Form on our site. After we check your request and see that you've done what's needed to return the product, we'll give you instructions on how to send it back.
Return/refund requests must be filed within 90 days from the delivery date. A proof-of-purchase document, such as an order confirmation or receipt will be needed in order for your request to be approved and products should preferably be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
3. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send a notification email outlining its status as part of a refund process.
Refunds may be issued back into the original method of payment used during purchase; depending on your financial institution, this could take two or three business days before showing up in your account.
4. Exchanges and Incorrect Orders
Errors occur. Reach out to our support staff if you got or ordered the wrong product/item/service and/or want to trade; they will look over your order. and swiftly organize the required exchange or replacement.
Fundamentally, our objective is to provide exactly what was asked and surpass all of your expectations.
5. Missing or Incomplete Orders
If your package arrives missing an item or part of your order, don't wait! Get in touch immediately by sending us an email to support@hopeandherbs.com with your name, order number, and a brief explanation as to the missing product(s).
Once verified, we will immediately send the missing item at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations, including:
- CBD flower products weighing one ounce (1 oz) or greater have been certified organic.
- Products which have been opened, used or altered (unless defective )
- Gift cards and promotional products make great holiday presents!
Taken carefully, our products arrive to our customers in their original state - without compromises and untampered conditions.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order is damaged or not working right, let us know within a week of getting it so we can fix things.
To help us see what went wrong, we might ask for photos of the damaged stuff or the box. This helps us figure things out fast and get you a replacement or your money back – no extra cost to you, of course.
8. Processing Timeline
At Return and Refund Service we aim to handle returns and refund requests as efficiently as possible, typically reviewing them within two to five business days and approved refunds taking up to seven days depending on how quickly your bank processes them.
