At Hope and Herbs, we take great pleasure in making sure your order reaches you swiftly, safely, and in perfect condition. Each product we ship from us to you has been handled with great care from start to finish; please refer to this Shipping Policy for how we process, ship and track orders after a purchase has been completed.
1. Order Processing
Orders placed through our website enter our fulfillment system immediately for processing. Our processing team works Monday-Saturday out of our distribution center located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Orders are shipped in 1 or 2 business days after verification of payment, but in the context of high volume or special offers like sales may take a bit longer owing to volumes of orders. Rest assured, we make every effort to get out and send your items as fast and dependably as possible without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
Once your purchase is completed, an email with order and shipping confirmations will arrive containing tracking details as well as estimated delivery dates and times.
Important Notes: Business days consist of Monday - Saturday; holidays such as Sunday are not considered business or processing days.
Hope and Herbs cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to delays caused by carrier issues or weather disruptions outside our control.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Part of our on-time and express guarantee involves partnership with large national carriers that guarantee on-time delivery of your package the instant it departs our warehouse. Each of these carriers takes full responsibility for its on-time delivery to the ultimate destination.
Free Economy Shipping (Orders Over $80)
Orders of $80 or more upon discount are eligible for free economy shipping.
Orders shipped via this service usually arrive between five to seven business days from the processing time; however, during peak holiday periods or in some regions delivery will take 10 business days. Economy shipping times would vary based on distance, capacity, load of carrier and weather.
Standard Ground Shipping
Standard Ground is our primary method for shipping packages under 5 pounds, typically arriving between three to five business days following processing. It offers both affordability and reliability in its delivery service.
Expedited Shipping
Customers looking for faster service may take advantage of our expedited option. Expedited orders typically arrive two to three business days following processing; however, please be aware that expedited shipping may not currently be an option for orders exceeding 5lbs, Alaska/Hawaiian addresses, or U.S. territories.
Please note: USPS First-Class Mail and Priority Mail services do not guarantee delivery dates; estimates should not be relied upon as promises by Hope and Herbs cannot control carrier-related delays once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of unexpected delivery delays by carriers.
3. Shipping Restrictions
To ensure precise delivery and reliable service, please consider these restrictions prior to placing your order:
- Due to our limitations for Standard or Expedited shipping methods, P.O. Box addresses cannot be accommodated for shipping services.
- At the moment, we ship only within the United States.
- At the moment, we do not ship overseas or to APO/FPO.
In case your order contains an address beyond our service areas, then our customer support team will contact you and make other arrangements or issue a full refund as the situation demands.
4. Shipping Rates
We want to be truthful and transparent with our shipping fee at Shipping Cost Solutions. Orders of $80 or less are eligible for automatically calculated shipping charges at checkout based on destination, total weight, and how soon you would like to receive the order. This will be shown after calculation prior to payment.
Orders of over $80 automatically qualify for continental US economy shipping free. If the customer wishes to have his order quicker, he can continue to pay for an expedited option at checkout for extra charges.
By offering these friendly options to them, customers are assured that a shipping option most appropriate to his delivery deadline and price can be chosen.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, an email including its tracking number and carrier details will be sent along with it so that you can track its delivery status in real-time.
If your tracking number fails to update after 48 hours of confirmed shipping, kindly get in touch with us so that we can look into whether the carrier has made an update on their end.
6. Address Changes
We understand that mistakes happen and that sometimes you may need to update your shipping address after placing an order. If this occurs, please reach out to us immediately at info@ounceofhope.com.
Once an order has been handed off to its carrier, we are no longer able to make changes or alterations on it.
If an incorrect address leads to our package being returned to us, we can reship it upon its return; additional shipping fees may apply however.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Though we work closely with our shipping partners to minimize issues, delays, losses or damages may still occur during transport.
If your order did not arrive as anticipated:
- Check your tracking data for updates as often as possible.
- Check that the address entered at checkout was accurate.
- Contact our Support team if your package remains undelivered 10 business days after its original expected delivery window has passed.
We'll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier and start efforts to find or replace your purchase.
Should your order arrive damaged, contact our support within seven days from delivery and offer sharp pictures showing both packaging and damaged goods. appropriate analysis and possible return, replacement, credit, or exchange team
Please keep in mind that Hope and Herbs is not responsible for boxes marked "Delivered" by couriers; customers should directly contact that courier to submit their claims.
