Nous avons toujours entretenu une relation avec les produits à base de cannabis, mais notre mission n'a débuté qu'il y a quelques années. La mère de Collin Bercier, notre fondateur et propriétaire d'Ounce of Hope, a reçu un diagnostic de sclérose en plaques.
La mère de Collin a lutté contre la polio et la sclérose en plaques durant ses 65 ans. Elle a passé ses dernières années en Louisiane, où elle n'avait pas légalement accès au cannabis. À l'époque, c'était illégal, ce qui signifiait que ceux qui pouvaient en bénéficier médicalement, ne serait-ce que pour soulager la douleur, n'y avaient pas accès.
